Boston Pizza Kingston

Our staff have gone to this BP several times and been very pleased, however, the service and food have declined. We made reservations and received an email telling us to contact them if we wish to change/cancel our reservation. We arrived to no reservation. It took over 20 minutes for our drinks to arrive after ordering. There was 5 of us and only 2 orders were correct and these 2 orders were definitely not hot. It took over 30 minutes after ordered to get our meals. (nothing required that amount of time, nor was it busy) We asked for dessert menus and when our server returned we started to place orders and were informed there wasn't any ice cream, over half the deserts have ice cream included and there is a grocery stores within walking distance. Two people ordered dessert, one was to include ice cream but of course, they had none and they charged full price for that dessert. They had a challenge while using a gift card and it took over 30 minutes to pay, The server went to the manager a number of times for assistance but the manager never approached us to explain/apologize. There were more discrepancies but I think you get the idea. The experience ruined our evening. Please do not respond with your automatic response of please contact BP. This Boston Pizza truly impresses with its food, outstanding service, and inviting atmosphere. Every dish I've tried has been fantastic and the staff always go above and beyond. Highly recommend!

This restaurant is a great place to hang out with friends, as a couple, or even with family. It has a sports bar vibe, but since it was empty on a Wednesday afternoon, it was quite enjoyable. There are plenty of pasta and pizza choices, as well as interesting drinks. The staff was consistently polite and helpful. We tried one of the recommended small pizzas for two, and it was both filling and delicious, making it a great value for the price.

To be fair they were under staffed, but... the food was not prepared properly the service was very poor it took 45 minutes to get a beer??? Took forever to get our bill which I shouldn't have paid!!! Never would go here again.

We were staying at the Marriott Courtyard just a few steps across from this location. The dining room had only one table at 8 PM not a good sign . It took 5 minutes to find an employee that would make eye contact and seat us. There were messy tables in the dining room. They sat us next to the other occupied table. We waited over 10 minutes and no one arrived to take any orders. So we left , walking past the hostess who didn’t even notice us, and walked to Montanas where we were greeted immediately, seated and ordered in less than 10 minutes. It’s pretty bad when you can’t keep your customers once they are seated. It’s the whole reason why your job exists.
