Boston Pizza - Kingston

It was 6:30pm on a busy Friday night but we were lucky to secure the last booth open. Our waitress was right over with water and get our drink order. Within 5 minutes drinks were served and our food order was taken. Our waitress was very attentive with refills and cleaning up our table.our foo order came out in approximately 20 minutes. We didn't feel it was an overly long wait as the place was packed. I chose the rbaked ravioli and it tasted great. My husband had the chicken parmigiana which he was very happy with. Our daughter selected a personal sized pizza Greek style and she said it was perfect from the crust to the toppings. We had no complaints. All in all we ad an excellent experience and when in Kingston again, we will definitely go back.

Went to BP Saturday January 7, 2017 to watch the hockey game. Walked in and sat down at a table just by the bar. There were 4 people at the bar and 4-5 tables out of 20ish occupied. More than 10 minutes before we were acknowledged and asked if we wanted drinks and menus (even though a waitress cleaned all 4 tables around us; she did not acknowledge us at all). After ordering drinks and asking for menus it was more than 10 minutes before we received our drinks and menus (the 3 workers were busy chatting behind the bar). When our order came I ordered another beer.... after 15 minutes I went to the bar to get it myself. During this time the staff that were done working were all congregating at the bar so the bar was full of staff. We ordered mild chicken wings on our platter (I like medium but my friend wanted mild) the top two were mild but the ones underneath were too SPICY for even me to eat. Finished our drinks and waited while the bartender and waitresses conversed at the bar with their coworkers. After 10 minutes I went up to the 4 workers standing in the kitchen entranceway chatting and asked for our bill. I am usually a very honest person and would point out mistakes on the bill. We were not charged for the 2nd drink I had to go get myself but at this point I was so disappointed in the service I said nothing. I will never go back to this BP feeling as neglected as we were.

I've never much cared for Boston Pizza but it was right beside the hotel and we were with our daughter's hockey team.

Went off a peak period in between hockey games. The restaurant was really quiet but sometimes we felt forgotten. Food was good and restaurant was being cleaned/reset. It was the chill space we were looking for, but service could have been a tad more attentive.

We went here over the Christmas break after watching a movie at the Cineplex theatres across the street. The food was just fantastic. I ordered a burger and side greek salad. The burger was great and the side salad almost seemed like a meal sized salad. The salad had so many good quality ingredients which surprised me as so many chains tend to skimp these days. Anyways, thanks for making our night out so great!
