It was a Tuesday afternoon around 1 PM, and when I politely interrupted their conversation, I was met with rude remarks and a disheartening attitude. As someone who has worked in customer service, I felt embarrassed by the conduct of the staff. Do they treat all their customers this way? Fortunately, a polite gentleman stepped in to assist me. He was the only pleasant staff member I encountered, taking the time to inquire about my needs and prioritizing my requests. I left feeling very disappointed with the overall customer service and hope that management will address these issues. Next time, I hope to be treated like a valued customer. Thank you.

The food is incredible, but the service is disappointing. The staff could really benefit from additional training!
