Great spot for dinner while in town for work. Was a busy Monday night but got a solo seat in the bar with a cozy bench table with pillows, great after a long day of travel. Half off glasses of rosé helped too! For dinner I had the Honey Garlic Chicken, broccoli, and Parmesan mashed potatoes soooo good, highly recommend! View all feedback.

No bread was provided. Steak was overcooked and cold. Server was inattentive. No silver was provided had to ask twice. Food was Ok, but not worth the price. Likely won't return. View all feedback.
Not a great place for those working for DoorDash, or those not eating in, in general. I have been in here multiple times while working through door dash and each and every time, I am basically completely ignored. Last night I had a delivery order from firebirds going to a firebirds customer named Kevin J, who happened to order third party through door dash, who I am contracted through. I walked in and noticed the host at the bigger counter was speaking to different customers, and due to my job being very dependent on speed, I approached another counter (small black table tucked away across the way from the larger host counter in the very front as you walk in the doors. I said “hello, I have a DoorDash order that I am picking up for *your* customer, Kevin J. “Unfortunately, this “host” looked me right in the eye, gave me and my four year old daughter a very rude look and then walked away, and proceeded to walk to a group of individuals and was chatting it up while I took my phone out to inform DoorDash the speed and customer service of this restaurant is very poor and it is not my fault that I will be late to a paying firebirds customer for this reason. After about ten minutes, I was able to speak to a younger, very nice girl (wish I remembered her name, only employee that seemed non- mute at the main hostess counter who alerted other employees with a walki talki that I was there to pick up for a *firebirds* customers door dash (Kevin j. I waited another 5 minutes, and a man came out sprinting, glanced at me for a moment, and gave me the bag of food and lemonade. I said think you so much, have a great rest of your evening, gave him a smile, but he quickly walked away, not even acknowledging me. Despite the fact I had waited an extended amount of time for food that was ordered a half hour prior to my arrival to the restaurant, and then feeling bullied due to being ignored for whatever reason, I was kind to the employees who were clearly busy on a Friday night, but I wish they had the common decency to behave the same to those who are also working and just trying to make their money.
I enjoyed firebirds during my first time there recently. The staff was very prompt, respectful, and friendly. The menu was unique and the food was delicious as well. I recommend the bacon deviled eggs and lobster chips and dip. I got a cowboy ribeye as an entree. I am a bit of a steak snob and although it wasn’t the best I’ve had I thought it was very good, and competitively priced compared to other high quality steak houses. I would definitely come back here and recommend this to anyone looking for a more up scale experience.
We had a wonderful lunch celebrating a birthday. Our large group was not a problem. The food was outstanding no one order the exact same thing and it was all cooked to perfection.
Our 2nd time here, came for a birthday dinner and was kinda surprised they didn't offer a small complimentary desert (or anything) for the birthday Queen! We do recommend making a reservation ahead of time.
I loveeeee it here and the staff is professional and nice
