Every Chipotle restaurant we have visited has had friendly service and delicious food. We were thrilled to discover this Chipotle location near the I-40 thanks to HappyCow, amidst all the other fast food options in the area. We were pleased to see that they offer two types of Margaritas, and enjoyed sipping on Patron Margaritas while enjoying our Sofritas Bowls. View all feedback.

What User dislikes about Chipotle Mexican Grill:
They ran out of all rice so we waited 15 min. Then they ran out of steak when I went to order so it seems like management is lacking on the supervision. How do you run out of food during lunch time? They need to work on time management. View all feedback.

As with all of the Chipotle restaurants we have visited, the service is friendly and the food is delicious. Thanks to HappyCow, we were pleased to discover Chipotle among the many fast food options near the I-40. We were happy to find that this location offers two types of margaritas, and we enjoyed them with our Sofritas Bowls. We especially enjoyed the Patron Margaritas.

I was a little disappointed that the special garlic guajillo steak was at the bottom of the pan when I ordered. I was offered the regular steak to make it half n half. I 'm sure it would have been better with a fresh batch of steak. The chips wereextremely salty. Overall the food was good though. My biggest issue today, and previously at another location, the dining roomwas filthy. I think it 's important that every 15 mins someone is passing through and wiping tables, straightening chairs andjust making sure it 's a place people want to eat.

Service started great with the first staff member that took our order. I had to take a bit more time ordering because I was translating for my family member visiting. When the lady on the picture took over our order, it was a total shift on service.Not sure if she was having a bad shift, day or what but wow! We ordered very simply lettuce, sour cream and cheese for our bowland I asked politely if we could please have the salsa for our two orders on the side. Just one of each and I pointed at the redand green salsas right in front of me. I?m not sure why this one thing upset her so much because It seemed like I asked her togo get me a lobster and cook it in front of me ????????she looked at us and said which one??? And I replied again one of each ofthese please (pointing again at the red and green) and then she gets more mad and walks away saying Well! There are three ofthem that?s why, so I didn?t know which ones you are talking about. And went to the side of the kitchen. I honestly felt likeshe was being racist towards me since she heard me translating and instantly started to treat me differently. The reason why Ifelt this way is because my husband ordered right after us and she didn?t know he was with us and she was completely differenttowards him. Not a great experience. We were there just to pick up a quick bite and left feeling discriminated against. Hopethis was just a bad day for this person but in the future, it will be best if she treated customers equally. Hoping management can correct this type of behavior if it is not the first time it happens.
