What User doesn't like about Shake Shack:
Shake Shack does not live up to its reputation. I used to believe it was a great place to eat, but I will not be returning until they stop using Martin's Potato Rolls for their burgers. The staff also need to improve. View all feedback. What User likes about Shake Shack:
This restaurant is fantastic with delicious food! I had a great experience during my first visit to this Shake Shack location. The restaurant was busy, but the food was served quickly. The quality of the food is excellent, even better than other burger joints with higher prices. The fries could be improved, but overall, they serve the best-tasting burger! View all feedback.
