Been very disappointed in my visits to Paneras lately. Low and Behold, I found the one I remembered. The Paneras on Allendale Road in King of Prussia was excellent. It was clean, Vincent handled our order with courtesy and clarity. Our order was correct, fresh and delicious. I wish it was closer to my residence because they have been a big disappointment. My family and I visit this location frequently and have always had a good experience. That was until today, as the staff was incredibly unprofessional. When our food was ready the staff member pronounce our last name incorrectly (peepee), which ok no big deal. But the 3 staff members behind the counter started busting out laughing. Their Fiji apple salad is the bomb !!!! Their clean, fast,and friendly!
Well made chipotle chicken avocado melt, perfect spice and taste. Veggie Mediterranean sandwich is one good pick for vegetarians. Not much time for your order to be ready. Friendly staff. Good dine in area. Clean restrooms. And house blend coffee is always the best.
Had a great Asian Crunch chicken salad with a cup of Broccoli Cheddar soup. Great choice for pick 2. Definitely a large meal. Great flavors. Panera Bread at King of Prussia is great. Vincent was very helpful and friendly. Good veteran appreciation. Thanks
The management really care about the customers. Received excellent customer service tonight by the manager (Holton I might be misspelling his name or heard it incorrectly when I asked) went and above and beyond for me not only because he works there but because he cares! and it was greatly appreciated as I was having a tough day. This is my favorite Panera to visit and will continue to be so because of people who work there and delicious healthy food!!
