What a wonderful slice of heaven this place is... We went here for dinner and some beers right at sunset. The views were second to none, the pizzas were great (highly recommend the pulled Burrata and Arugula), and the beers were also delicious. Seems to be mostly self service ie. Walk in, sit yourself, grab your own menus and utensils, and order at the bar but that didn't bother us. View all feedback.
An out of the way spot that you might only know is there if actively looking for it. Easy to pass on Route 90 as the property in non-descript and is somewhat hidden back of the road 50-60 yards. Have been there three times in the last two months and have loved the beers and food each time. The seasonal Reindeer Breath (coffee stout) was outstanding and Orange Cookies may make my avowed beer-hating wife a believer yet. Didn't notice an overcharge on my bill on a recent visit until I had gotten home. Returned the next day with receipt and was given a comped meal (delicious burger with perfectly seasoned fries) and pint. Made things right and will be a customer for life!!!

Aurora Brewing, Bushnell’s Basin, New York. We visited Aurora Brewing on December 19th just after 3:00 on a cold gray afternoon. Our initial disappointment was that the new ownership Aurora Brewing does not allow dogs inside. an automatic one-star deduction, as all well-mannered children and dogs should be welcomed components of any "community pub” Many of us were sorry to see Seven Stories Brew Pub disappear. A little sad to see all that Seven Stories had created, to now be unchanged and operated by new owners. When we walked in the first thing, we noticed was it was cold, maybe between 60 and 65 degrees. A little chilly to be ordering a chilled libation on a 28degree Rochester afternoon. For those that appreciate IPAs, Their Rock Lobster IPA was very tasty. If your partner prefers a wine as did mine, she was pleased to see a more sophisticated wine list that included wines from Austria, Southern France, and Italy. As perhaps these wines are reasonably priced at between $12. $14. For a measured pour at a full-service restaurant, they are a bit pricy for a pub without service nor a kitchen. Overall, very chilly, good beverages, a little overpriced, No Dogs allowed inside. Aurora Brewing will not attract me back during these colder months. We will see what spring brings.
Great selection of beers and beautiful view on the porch by the fire
Beer is so flavorful and the descriptions couldn't be more on point. Each hop profile described can be tasted in the beer. Very unique and flavorful beers. Would highly recommend if you are a beer enthusiast. We tried anything from their IPAs to Pilsner to the Fruited Berliner Weisse. We also opted for some apps to go with our beer tasting as we visited late afternoon (chips/queso and fried pickles). Atmosphere was great, staff was friendly and I would highly recommend if you seek out breweries on your travels. We visited their Aurora location, but love that they also expanded to Rochester.
