I also tried calling about my missing fries, but the phone just kept ringing until it went to voicemail. The menu looks promising, but the execution leaves much to be desired.

The younger people who work the kitchen refuse to put online orders on the online order shelves. They refuse to acknowledge you and will serve in store orders over everything. Funnything is on multiple occasions they?ve placed my order from online on top of the fryer instead of putting on the shelf while Isat there and watch it get cold. Not a cool way to treat people who are at FREAK status and spend a lot of time and money there.Please fix this issue. UPDATE: Just left after being ignored in the drive thru by this newer old lady when all we did is ordertwo drinks. 12:30 September 11.
