Kavos Cafe - Kineta

Desperately poor service on a peak day like October 28th. While we had made a reservation, we waited 45 minutes to order and after we did, we waited another 45 for the food to arrive. They didn't even bring anything to begin with. For a family with 3 small children where a reservation had been made for 2pm to have the food arrive at 4pm, it is tragic to say the least. The obvious understaffing of the restaurant, both in service and in the kitchen, made it unsuitable to be able to serve the people who come and because it operates with full reservations and I know this personally, I think it is at least unprofessional and dishonest to subject people to this suffering. It's an old restaurant in the area with good food, albeit expensive...however you'd expect them to not take their customers for granted and act like they're opportunistic tourists who won't come back....Shame!

Good seaside shop, one of the oldest in Kineta. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I visited the shop in August. The place was beautiful and clean. We ordered pasta which was excellent. But I find the prices of all the dishes particularly high. The 3 stars mainly refers to the attitude of the staff. We were brought the bread along with the pasta and another waiter immediately came and took it from us while he had been charged normally. Also because my company finished the plate faster than me they came and collected everything while I was still eating which I found unprofessional.
