When my wife brought the sandwiches home,... read more I placed an order online on 12/28/2022 at 5:45 pm for two sandwiches: a tuna footlong and a 6-inch Philly cheesesteak. When my wife brought the sandwiches home, her sandwich had no meat on it. I believe I should receive a refund for the 6-inch sandwich. As an unhappy customer, I called to report the issue, but they didn’t seem to care.

My sandwich was soggy and falling apart, and the bread was torn even before it was sliced. The employee rang up one sandwich while wearing gloves, then handled my other sandwich without changing them. The sandwich was made so messily that I couldn’t eat it. They were out of almost everything, no one changed their gloves, and none of the staff wore a cap or hairnet. Overall, it was the worst Subway experience I’ve ever had.

When I asked about a coupon on the app I was told you have to place a mobile order to use it. When told that the app is down I was then told “that’s not our fault and we can’t do anything about that”. And addressed in such a rude manor! Obviously I don’t care about using the coupon at this point but at least apologize and say you will check into it! The app is always down btw. And as we sit down to eat our lunch she goes out of her way to be nice to the men.
