Another 20 minutes went by, and she fina... read more After over an hour had passed, our patience was wearing thin. The waitress assured us that our food was being prepared. Another 20 minutes went by, and she finally brought out our onion rings. When my father inquired about our meals, the waitress responded rudely, telling us that if we wanted fast food, we should go to Burger King. Can you believe that? Then another staff member came out from the kitchen and asked us to see how busy they were. Honestly, I didn’t need to see that; it was already clear how inefficient their kitchen was. By this point, there was no one else in the dining area. It's unbelievable, especially since my dad used to love this place. Not anymore, and we will ensure our family and friends hear about how poorly they treat their elderly customers. The establishment's response just shows the kind of place we're dealing with here—full of lies. We paid for the drinks, and it's disappointing to see such dishonesty. What a shame.

They brought out the meals one at a time, which was frustrating. I also ordered wings as an appetizer, and I'm still waiting for them. I recommend avoiding this restaurant.
