We didn't have any prior expectations, but it seemed like they had a busy afternoon when we arrived just before 4 o'clock. Many tables weren't cleared, and it looked like there were only a few staff members working. However, our drinks and menus arrived quickly. More staff appeared and the dirty tables were promptly cleared. The food was delicious - I had stuffed mushrooms and my husband had wings. We both enjoyed the barbecue sauce and a variety of vegetables, creamy mashed potatoes, and roasted meats. Unfortunately, we had to skip dessert due to our time constraints.

I have returned for lunch since then, and the chowder is absolutely delicious...so flavorful.

We had chicken curry and steak sandwich . We would highly recommend these dishes. Also the owner went above and beyond as we were unable to get taxi she dropped us back to our b&b such a lovely gesture. Thank from james and adele
