Kilmore Pizza House/on The Grill

The pumpkin gnocchi and pizza here are the best I've ever had! The service was excellent as well. I can't recommend this place highly enough!

First customer, ordered online with their system tell me pick up at 7.09 arrived 7.15 was told 10 minutes delay, all well with this, asked how much longer at 7.35 and was said it was going in the many. 40 minutes have been told to foot in new entries, but I am already in an hour. my job was finally ready at 7.42, which was an hour and 10 since the order, I get her work and that's good, but don't tell them that people have a pick-up time and then 30 minutes late. there were many people waiting, frustrated and complaining. on a positive the dame that served me was polite and the pizza was quite good, unfortunately the spicy pasta was terrible, two bites in my daughter gave it to me, after a bite I threw it away everything in all very disappointing

Two. today chance to order 5.30 online tried to call 7.00 engaged for 15 trying went to save around 7.30 many excuses eating came finally around 7.45 2 hours and 15 minutes. get worse they try another pizza shop smokin joes in wallan is good and on time 1. chance a few months ago online order for delivery. tells me 50 minutes for delivery. 2 hours later it will be delivered and only luke warm. not happy dillup

Do not recommend getting their ravioli it is always hard even when I have asked 100 times to get it soft but it’s consistently chewy and sticky in the middle and when I asked to please have it cooked again I was told ravioli isn’t meant to be soft in the middle! Can not believe how disgusting the customer service is here! Please if you have anyone that has trouble chewing food do not let them get this!!!
