This is a fantastic bar and restaurant in Killington. The staff is incredibly friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The drinks are delicious, and if you arrive before 5 PM, there are half-priced appetizers available, which is a great deal. Dinner prices range from the $20s to $30s, and the portions are generous. In the middle of October stopped for dinner. The meatball parmigiana appetizer is fantastic! The Kalbsarpariello was also good! Costly, a tad expensive for what was served. I'm not sure what the other reviews complain about re: the interior--ja, it's kind of old, but it looks like a ski chalet. All right. Matt, the waiter, was attentive and helpful (adapted to the service of the staff from the host, until waiting).
Always a must stop on our Vermont journey! Food is impeccable, service staff always pleasant and on their game.
A very nice place where they make you feel right at home. It was a busy night so we ended up sitting at the bar. The bartender was a gracious host and was a terrific waiter as well. The food came out fast and delicious, I couldn't rate this place higher!
