The mac n cheese des... read more We needed a spot for dinner between Woodstock and Rutland we saw Casey’s Caboose on the map and figured we’d give it a try. So glad we did! The mac n cheese deserves whatever award it got. Burgers were incredible and very fresh. Food feels on the pricier side, but the quality is worth it. The staff is so accommodating they were super short staffed when we went, and they still made sure we got seated in a timely manner, and we really didn’t wait that long for our food either. Would totally recommend!

My meal (chicken teriyaki stir fry) came out in about 10 minutes and tasted fantastic! The portion was generous, easily enough for more than two meals. The chicken was well-seasoned, and there was a lovely assortment of vegetables.

French dip for me (best I've had) and the pan seared scallop dinner for my brother, which was out of this world!! Very pleased with the foodand service. Nice little spot to eat after a long day biking or skiing. I forgot to take pictures of the main course but i didmanage to snap a pic of the apple pie I had for dessert. Thanks Kayla!!

The cheese had clumped into a hard ball, and the soup was extremely salty to begin with. I ordered the salmon burger,which came out at the same time as thesoup. The salmon burger disintegrated out of the bun into tiny clumps on my plate (pictured), so not really much of a burger.Served with soggy sweet potato fries. Maybe it was a bad night for them, but this was not a good dinner.
