The food here is a... read more I recently celebrated my birthday, and it was absolutely wonderful! I loved sitting on the meadow bench next to the beautiful rushing stream. The food here is amazing—I've eaten here five times already! Last night, I had a massive burger that was incredibly tasty, and I couldn't resist the sticky toffee pudding, which was delightful. The staff is very friendly and chatty, and they're great with kids. I just wish I lived closer! It's a fantastic place!

It's clean, comfortable, and warm. I mostly interacted with Craig at the bar and the chef. The home-cooked food in the evening was amazing, and breakfast was fantastic! The staff really cater to personal preferences, even if things don’t always go perfectly. I would definitely recommend it, and we will be coming back!
