We walked in, expecting a full service restaurant. There were two red flag warnings that could have scared us off. One sign said that there were refunds on any of the menu offerings. Secondly, they have a dining area but no staff to take your order at the table. You order at the counter and then are able to go sit at a table. The food, although delivered in a to go bag, was great. Be warned, though it is served (very... View all feedback.
What Ashanti Torres doesn't like about Wong's Palace:
Honest review they do give big portions of food but the fried rice was disgusting and the teriyaki chicken wasn’t actually that bad it was okay my bf got the white rice and orange chicken the white rice was okay the orange chicken was spicy and kinda taste like oranges View all feedback.
Im pregnant and called to constructively share my negative experience, which was shrimp in my order, I DO NOT EAT SHRIMP, and me violently throwing up in the middle of the night, which left me unable to catch my breath, as well as a unknown charge, but that turned out to be a tip from my husband that I was unaware of, which was fine. HOWEVER A VERY AGGRESSIVE MAN NAMED JERIMIAH BECAME IMMEDIATELY DEFENSIVE REFUSING TO GIVE A REFUND BUT I NEVER ASKED FOR ONE. AS SOMEONE WHO WORKS IN THE SERVICE INDUSTRY I WOULD NEVER TREAT A CUSTOMER THE WAY HE TREATED ME, YELLING AT ME, ACCUSING ME OF LYING, AND JUST BEING INSINCERE. WHO YELLS AT A PREGNANT WOMAN AND I KEPT MY COMPOSURE THE WHOLE TIME AGAIN BECAUSE I WORK IN THE SERVICE INDUSTRY. IM VERY DISAPPOINTED AND THE BEEF AND KIMCHI ARE DISGUSTING AND I LOVE KIMCHI.
Food was great, they forgot utensils, soy sauce, napkins... Food was delicious!
The food has absolutely no flavor and the beef and broccoli was definitely a prepackaged and frozen dish that they just stuck in the microwave
For those of you who love waiting hours on end for your delivery for eventually arrive, this place is for you.
The place is priced fine until you ask for delivery, then they add an extra $20 to the amount and still ask you to tip. On top of that the wait time is no less than 60min up to 2 hours. For subpar food the wait time and price is not worth it. Go to the Asian Buffet by the CVS at least you won’t get ripped off.
