The Cajun Shack - Killeen

During our trip through Killeen, we decided to stop and grab a bite to eat. The customer service was fantastic, and the food was both authentic and delicious. It truly felt like we were in New Orleans. I highly recommend this place! It's a must-visit!

This is the best cajun food I've eaten out side of new orleans. The owner is originally from new Orleans and you can tell. Very authentic and so far very consistent have eaten there 3 times now and am very happy each time.

I tried this place for the first time, and the red beans and rice were delicious! I'll definitely be coming back.

I ordered a crawfish basket, but they don't serve that, so they offered me a crawfish po' boy instead. However, it came without any bread, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, or onions—just the crawfish and a small handful of fries. I paid $11.85 for just a handful of crawfish and fries, which felt pretty disappointing.

Boudin balls are the best! Shrimp and crawfish pasta is bomb and also the seafood stuffed baked potato. This place is still relatively new so I’m still working through the menu but so far I’m loving the place!!
