Starbucks - Killeen

The girl was kind of rude, our simple fraps were screwed up, we don't often come to this place, but we were on this side of the city and that proved to be a mistake, so we stay at Trimmler? Service: 3/5

I had great interactions with partners in every business in the area. But this place is hands down my favorite! I always have a pleasant interaction with the partners in the window and they make my drink right every time.

Love this one even though it's a little out of the way. Have rarely had an issue and lines don't take so long. Traffic around this area during breakfast lunch and quitting time sometimes make it a hassle to get out but I go thru McDonald's parking lot to get to Ft Hood street rather than play chicken or depend on someone letting me cross traffic.

I’m always on the go and use mobile ordering on the app. I always allow plenty of time between ordering and when I get there as this location can often get busy depending on the time of day. I always walk in to pick it up as it’s faster than waiting in the drive thru, and the staff are always very nice and will greet me by name. There is one staff member I also see quite often and he’s always polite and pleasant, remembers my order and always greets me by my name. I believe he may be a manager, his name is Quentin, and is usually there everytime I order. Quentin and the rest of the staff are always so nice. It’s always nice going in and saying hi.
