Starbucks - Killeen

I placed a pickup order because the app indicated the restaurant was open. However, when I got there, a sign said they were closed for an hour. I approached the door to inquire about my order, but when I knocked, I was dismissed with a wave of a hand. Undeterred, I knocked again and tried to communicate through the glass that I had a paid pickup order. The woman behind the counter made a cutting motion across her throat and shook her head, essentially telling me no, without even bothering to come to the door to assist me. I ended up having to call customer service to ask for a refund, only to be told that the staff had turned off the order despite not being officially closed. I'm truly disappointed by the way I was treated, especially considering my disability; I felt dehumanized. I will not be returning.

I visited this morning, and the staff was so friendly that I felt compelled to leave a review! The person who took my order was absolutely delightful and truly made my morning better! They are consistently kind, even when I place complicated orders. Thank you!

The staff were friendly, and the dining area was clean and inviting. Plus, they had coffee and sandwiches available on-site!

Ging through the ride this morning and was supported by Chris. Actually, enough good things can not say about its level of customer service. Just a great experience overall!
