All the food was bland except for the catfish and shrimp. The 3 cheese pasta was bland. The Cajun pasta was so oily and unflavorful. Waitress was inattentive for only 7 ppl to be in their section.

The Thanksgiving dinner buffet was a complete disappointment! The buffet was served in a hallway, very small serving area. Food kept running out, and we had to wait for the food to be refilled constantly. The buffet was very dirty and noone bothered to clean up the serving area. I felt like it was just as dirty as a CiCis pizza buffet after unsupervised children went through and touched everything . The prime rib was so tough and hard to cut with the provided butter knives. The dining room was not decorated or anything for the holiday. It felt very, very cold and unwelcoming. I made reservations here wanting to take my parents to for a nice dinner. I was so disappointed and unimpressed and embarrassed that this is what we got. Golden Corral would have been more impressive than what we got here. The last time I took my family to a Shilo inn buffet, it was gorgeous and elaborate with a beautiful buffet that was extremely impressive and awed everyone who attended. What happened? I do not see me bringing anyone here ever again. For the money we paid, it was not worth it at all!!! I am not happy and will not recommend this to anyone ever again!!!

OVER PRICED, SERVICE WAS ALMOST NON EXISTENT! They revamped their menu as well as their PRICES to reflect a fine dining steakhouse experience. The problem is you get just the opposite. I don’t mind paying $25+ for a great steak and great service,but we didn’t receive any of that. The cheapest steak they have is a sirloin and that will run you $20. The top of the line prime rib will run you $43. The kids menu tops out at $9 per plate. These prices are borderline acceptable if it included a relaxing ambience, excellent table side service and cuisine to match. I would compare this food to something more on the lines of Applebee’s. Nothing spectacular and definitely overpriced. We couldn’t find our waitress most of the time and had to ask her repeatedly for simple things like straws and napkins. Golden Corral has better steaks and that’s pretty sad to say after dropping over $120 on two entree’s and a toddler plate. SAVE YOUR MONEY and make a quick trip to one of the many restaurants located within minutes of this hotel. We went here for convenience since we were guests here..never again. This review isn’t really a complaint about the prices since you would expect that from a great steakhouse. It’s more about the QUALITY of food,service and ambience not matching those prices.

Heard good things about this restaurant but not true- 2 waitresses working very hard- one about to get off but doing a great job staying to help out. Arrived at 11:30 and got our food at 1:15. Ordered biscuits and gravy w/ over easy eggs, chicken and waffles, crab cake benedict w/ hash browns. Biscuits were hard as rock, eggs were over cooked, chicken was almost burnt and very dry, flavorless. Crab cake Benedict was good but didn’t get hash browns. Waitress told cooks she needed hash browns and they never made them. 2 guys standing in the kitchen, one cooking, both discussing personal things and listening to loud music that the entire dining room could hear. Cooks were terrible but wait staff was good. Would not visit again even though we stay at the Shiloh Inn next door.

Had not eaten, but the bar and the affiliated club was amazing. it had great music and a cool atmosphere.
