The... read more The restaurant's catering service was terrible. We had to clean our own tables and they did not have trash cans available in their Alamo room for our party. The staff was friendly but could have been more attentive to the needs of a larger group. The quality of the food was mediocre at best, with the meatloaf being extremely tough. It was difficult for everyone to cut into it. I would not recommend this place unless you are okay with being left to fend for yourself without enough plates, drinks, utensils, trash cans, or staff.

Although there is no complimentary breakfast offered, there are grocery stores nearby. The location also boasts shopping and dining options, as well as easy access to the highway. We particularly enjoyed the swimming pool and jacuzzi, and found the gym adequate for a decent workout.

Our stay was very disappointing. Upon exiting the elevator, we were greeted by an overwhelming smell from the worn, loose carpet in front of our room. The odor... read more Our stay was very disappointing. Upon exiting the elevator, we were greeted by an overwhelming smell from the worn, loose carpet in front of our room. The odor was reminiscent of mildew and stale air. Inside the room, the furnishings were outdated, with old, battered chairs that were stained with paint marks and other discolorations. Additionally, we found a used glass sitting on the window sill above the air conditioning unit, and a dirty disposable cup under the bed. It was evident that the hotel staff had not properly cleaned the room, as there was still trash left from the previous guests. We took it upon ourselves to clean the room with our own Clorox wipes. Our room was meant for two guests, but there were only four towels in the bathroom: two washcloths and two bath towels. As bedtime approached, I went to the front desk to request more towels. The clerk informed me that the towels were being washed and promised to bring more to our room as soon as they were ready. Unfortunately, we never received any additional towels that night. The next morning, I returned to the front desk and finally managed to get more towels. We were scheduled to stay from Friday to Saturday, but we chose to leave Saturday morning. Overall, this was a terrible experience, and we cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

The indoor pool and hot tub were... read more I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The room was spotlessly clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The indoor pool and hot tub were both fantastic. Even though I visited in November for my birthday, the atmosphere was still delightful. The only drawback was that the TVs in the room were somewhat outdated and lacked HDMI and USB ports, being the older box-style models. Because of this, I would rate it a 4 out of 5. Overall, everything else about my stay was excellent, and I truly enjoyed my time there.
