I've always loved Pier 7. But I just ate there and our waitress accidentally ordered a pound of shrimp and a half pound of sausage when I only ordered a half pound of each. When the tab came and I saw a full pound of shrimp instead of a half pound I pointed it out. A manager came to my table and said since I had left overs I was taking with me I had to pay for the whole pound even though I was taking corn and sausage... View all feedback.

This place had anything and everything you could want! My waitress was Elizabeth and she was absolutely incredible! She was able to give me very helpful suggestions and they were delicious suggestions! The hostess was a short pink haired girl who was kinda rude I'm not gonna lie. I tried on 2 separate occasions just to ask her a simple question and she straight up looked me in the face and ignored me. But I will definitely come back here...its gonna be too hard to stay away and honestly who would want to.
If you are looking for a good happy hour happy snacks/food this is the place to be! All the employees were awesome! Sat at the bar and every single one of them have asked checked up on me to see if I was doing okay. Love the place!
The establishment was very clean, The food was hot and fresh and the drinks where great and did the job. From the bar tender to management, they where all so friendly and attentive to our every need. It’s a great spot to sit and chill at the bar if you just want to treat yourself or have a family dinner where everyone can get in on some great food together. Will definitely be back again and again
From the warm welcome at the front door, to the amazing service (we always sit at the bar), to the fabulous food COLD beer, our trip here was fantastic! The food was hot and tasty, brought out quickly, and priced fairly.I highly recommend this place and will be back soon!
This establishment is very clean! Was a medium size crowd. The food was very fresh my crabs taste like they just came out the ocean!Only problem I had was it took a while for my server to make ot to my table to at least take my drink order.Once she did take our drink order.. it took a long time to receive then...and another worker had to bring them. She had been watching from a far and ask us if we had been helped.Other than that our waiter was really nice and hospitality was great. Just Lil slow at times and then over attentive at times...I still give it a 5 because my food was amazing and my drink.We normally order this to go...but after eating inside and being able to use the utensils they supply you I enjoyed dining In!
