Papa Johns Pizza - Killeen

Papa John’s has become my favorite choice for local delivery pizza. Their garlic sauce is amazing! Since we are still practicing social distancing, I appreciate that the pizza is sealed in the bag while it's in the driver's car. However, I noticed that the drivers do not wear gloves. I kindly asked my driver to wear his mask when he came to the door. They also provide contactless delivery for added safety.

This restaurant has a really nice atmosphere and excellent customer service. The pizza is made fresh, and I had no issues with the staff. My food was prepared promptly as well. However, I suggest avoiding placing an order in the evening after 6 PM, as the parking lot can get quite congested due to other businesses in the shopping center. If you need to pick up a pizza during those hours, I recommend parking a little farther away for the safety of your vehicle.

I was informed that the wait would be around 25 to 30 minutes. After waiting for 30 minutes, I received two text messages apologizing for the delay. Almost 30 minutes later, they had to warm up our pizza in the microwave. It was quite embarrassing, especially since we had guests with us. I'm hoping this was an isolated incident and I may give them another chance in the future. Update: It seems they were aware of the issue before the text messages, which I appreciate as a sign of sincerity.

Not to disturb, order extra cheese. you don't understand. I ordered a ny crust cheese only with extra cheese, and it had less cheese than a pizza hat regular cheese. only brot and sauce, usually a star for decent brot, a star for decent sauce would not order again.

Last night, june 8th 2019, i ordered a pepperoni and plain pizza. Two and a half of the slices have no cheese at all on them. Unacceptable. People like me work hard and don't deserve to pay for dough without cheese or sauce on it. I've worked at pizzerias before and have nver been so despicably cheap/careless as this. Papa John's at West Stan Schleuter Loop needs to review and discipline the lousy pizzamaker who did this.
