My husband, our dog Pupfer, and I arrived and informed the person on the speaker that we had our pups with us. He said no problem, pulled us up, and then Larry appeared at the window. He asked if our dogs had any special needs and then went to prepare our order. I will definitely be returning here - 10/10 for the care and dedication they show to their customers. I can't think of a better place. Thank you to the Panera Bread Team, especially Larry for being so kind to our pups. Your professionalism and care don't go unnoticed. Thank you!

I came through with my husband and pupfer, and informed the person on the speaker we had the pups, and he said no more say, pull up and as soon as we pulled Larry came into the window and asked if they had any stomach problems and then disappeared to go hand to make them something. I will definitely come here, 10/10, with the care and dedication that they put in their customers, I cannot think of a better place. And Larry, thank you so much for being gentle to our pups that understand that I definitely think you need an increase just because, as professional, but nurturing you were. Thanks Panera-Brotteam!

I didn't get any forks in my bag, so I tasted the salad with my hands it was disgusting all you could taste were the onions, so I called Panera and asked if I could swallow the salads for Caesar salads. They gave me this half empty container as you can see from the picture, the container is barley halfway full only a few “dripping” of the dressing. Totally disappointed because I love Panera, but I will not be back to this.

Our food was prepar... read more My husband and I grabbed an early lunch at this Panera location before heading to the airport. I was pleasantly surprised by our visit here. Our food was prepared quickly and our meal was packaged organized neatly (compared to our meals usually thrown in the bag at our usual Panera spots in California). We had excellent service during our brief visit to this Panera location. We ordered through the app and did the drive-up pick-up option to maximize our time and see my family before heading to the airport. The staff member that brought our food to our car was cheerful and friendly. The food is good, of course. It wasn't anything different than any other Panera location, which I'm thankful for. 5 out of 5 stars! We will definitely dine here again when we are back in the area.
