Mcdonald's - Killeen

The only good service at this place I have had, was drive-thru...mostly. I have confused them ordering a shake once, as in it was missing, and they had three people verify I had a shake before they would make it. Had to repeat orders multiple times before they got it right. Also, if you want your order to take a half hour, and be cold, order curb side. Tried curb side twice, and both times, you could have went through drive-thru half a dozen time before they bring your order out. Only reason I give two stars, is when they get things right, they get you in and out quick with correct and hot food. Wish it was like that more often.

It was great ??! They were so quick, yet the food was fresh, hot and tasty! They were beefy friendly too for being so busy.Food: 5/5

I'm comparing this store to the one on Rancier and it's 100x more accommodating. They open the dinning room at 5:30 have plenty of outlets for charging and clean restrooms

This is one of the worst McDonald's in Killeen. It definitely beats the one on Rancier,the one on W.S. Young,and the one on Stan S. combined. In the last 15 years I've only eaten here maybe 6-8 times and each time is worst than the last. Today I ate there and paid $12 for a burger and fries with no drink and the employees were all rude. With the exception of who I think was the gm who was polite. I told them no onions on my burger which I don't eat at any McDonald's I have eaten at in the last 8 years because the last time I did I got food poisoning but they put onions on my burger anyway and I don't think I got them all and have been having stomach issues all evening. Don't eat there. (For anyone that might be wondering,I got food poisoning from the McDonald's that used to be in the Wal-Mart on Lowe's in Killeen.

Although, we can never properly dinate in hours, this is the most accurate McDonald's in the area.If you bought all your products, here, it is in the bag!
