Mcdonald's - Killeen

Horrible customer service. The employees attitude is not welcoming at all, they don't even greet you nor say thank you, especially the drive-thru. Very slo service and they give you the order all messed up.

This location is pretty good with customer service and getting my order right after ordering a huge amount of food. Lol

If you want to find the worlds worst customer service look no further than this particular McDonald 's. My wife ordered two 10 piece nugget meals and when she was asked to pull forward she said Okay thank you! Well the rude as hell employee forgot to turn her microphone off and openly mocked my wife the a nasally OKAY THANK YOU I know management will likely not do anything about this as they are already short staffed but we definitely won 't be going back. Icing on the cake, nuggets were overcooked and the fried were soggy and cold. How they managed to serve cold fries during the dinner rush is beyond me but they somehow managed it. Save your money and please eat elsewhere!

It’s a little surprising just how bad my visit was today. Forgot my order and left me sitting for 30 mins before giving me the wrong order twice and the food was cold. The staff was not happy to help. Miserable.

These are the typical McDonalds. I think the Double Quarter Pounder has been a little oily lately because I didn't get it. The Big Mac is still a favorite of me. The fries are still my favorite of Fast Food Joints. If there was an option for sweet potatoes, guaranteed five stars. The prices correspond to the current economic increases.
