Went on Tuesday Nov 24 bout noon ordered a couple of different kinds of donut holes. Had a bit of a wait but the girls in the drive thru were so nice and friendly, they really brightened my day. Keep up the good work. I'll definitely be returning. View all feedback.

Poor customer service! Everyone who worked Sunday night needs to be retrained! The lights were off and I nearly missed my turn. We also were put in a mobile order which they didn't even begin to start until after waiting there for 40 minutes! We definitely will not be back to this location! View all feedback.

This place is terrible. I ordered through their app and they did not fill out my order correctly. They said they didn't run the app and that the app doesn't properly reflect its inventory. They just gave me what was in the store. They did not disclose this information during the collection so that we stuck with a dozen random donuts we did not order as soon as we recognized them when we came home. The responsible Lord said by phone that I should order my donuts early in the morning to get what I actually wanted. Unacceptable service. Waste of money! No attempt to fix their lack of inventory problems. Customer satisfaction is not on their priority list.

I usually choose this place when I'm in a rush to work or there are no other options because they are open so early. While the drinks and foods are good, more often than not your order will be wrong. I can't tell you how many times I've gone through, just to go with something that's missing from my bag or my coffee has made the wrong way. And recently by Kovid or difficulties with their freezer or something else, many items are either not available on the menu or are sold very quickly in the morning. This place is okay if you don't have the time for something else, but check your coffee and bag to make sure they gave you everything.
After waiting in the drive-thru line for 15 minutes, I request several kinds of doughnuts. The girl taking my order said we 're out to everything I requested. So I asked what did she have and she named two items.The girl sounded like I was bothering her and impatient. How was I supposed to know what was and wasn 't available? The menu only listed doughnut, no flavors or anything. I ended up not even placing an order and just drove off.
