Dairy Queen Store - Killeen

I ordered two mini blizzards, but neither of them was properly mixed. By the time I got halfway through, all I had was a big scoop of plain vanilla ice cream, which was really disappointing.

Fast forward to the next day, and would you believe it? The general manager told me there was no record of my missing burger and claimed there was no young man working the night before. At this point, my frustration was boiling. Seriously? That’s an embarrassing situation for Dairy Queen. I deserve my burger! It’s time to make this right!

Tonight, I ordered a cookie dough blizzard with added M&M's and cheesecake, and specifically requested no chocolate syrup. However, the staff gave me plain chocolate ice cream without any of the toppings I ordered. I didn't mention the missing chocolate syrup at the time, so I just thanked them and drove off. It wasn't until we were halfway home that I realized they hadn't included any extras at all and still charged me for them. Thanks for the $8.99 chocolate ice cream! Unfortunately, the service has really declined lately, and I won’t be returning.

Ordered a caramel sundae and it came with two hairs. I went around again and they gave me another one with no hairs lol

Enjoyed an awesome afternoon with a date night with my better half ,service was good,time spent a dairy queen was enjoyable .
