Buffalo Wild Wings - Killeen

I ordered online, and mistakenly ordered boneless wings instead of traditional. I only realized it after picking up. I told them it was my fault and asked how long it would take to get a order of tradition. they not only prepared them fast, they didn't charge me for them, although I made the mistake and was ready to pay for it. oh, and they were pretty tasty! Such up and beyond the customer service is nowadays exceptionally rare. Thank you!

Place is a bit loud, but that is a sportable for them. the cash is friendly, waiter even more friendly, I believe her name was paris. really exceptional service.

Zelt with 15 traditional honey bbq, mozzarella sticks and sweet lipton istee. I keep these safe picks (hard to screw). safe enough, it came as expected, not complaining. the mozzarella sticks stood out, maybe because I didn't have them in one, good n crispy. the service was meh, a little taken, but nothing crazy. if you drink a wing or a good drink, I wish you a visit.

Great customer service. was not already one of them. the boneless chicken could have been cooked better. maybe two were fresh from the six all brot. the cost were also very shocking, with them 8$ I would like more meat my man really enjoyed his wings. ranch /bb que , drylon was our waiter, it was his first day! he was great! had a good time!

Haven't been in years but it's my birthday month and I've got a gift card so what's there to lose? We waited at the front for a minute. They're short staffed, no worries. I get it. Our server almost seems confused about what the birthday wings are and what happy hour is. Okay, rough start. That's okay. Drink from bar gets there. There's a bug in it. Damn. Food comes out, we're missing a second order of tots and the wings have bones which is actually a happy mistake since the server told me to order boneless since that's what the picture in the app shows. Mozzarella sticks could definitely have been cooked longer but whatever. Food all in all was pretty good. Our server seems nice but maybe new? She's gone, a lot. Finally get our check and at least the checkout was easy. Not in love with the I'm gonna write your phone number down part but at least our wait was over. With what prices are now, you would've expected more.
