We have found that his... read more We have eaten several times in this restaurant. In 2009 on our first visit Chef Denis recommended to enjoy cod, it should be pan roasted. We have found that his determination regarding us was correct. We came to Winterton Family Restaurant whenever we were in the region. The restaurant is an American style gastronomic establishment, but to be in Newfoundland, expecting a leaning to the local fishing industry Pan fried cod is a popular menu item. Chef Denis also very high on his wings. We have tried to make a number of elements the menu, they were all excellent choices. Help Denis are Server Suzanne and Emily (together with Denis' Mom).
