I can't stop thinking about the crab sandwich I had at this restaurant. It was so delicately seasoned and perfectly light. And don't even get me started on the pommes frites. View all feedback.
What kevin T doesn't like about The Garden:
Just three of us for dinner. We were here before and expectations were high, even tho' dining outdoor due to Covid. Menu limited, dinner poor, service very poor looked like insufficient staff. A disappointing evening out View all feedback.
We had just run some errands and thought to stop by for a bit of lunch. I'm so glad we did, we had, what had to be the best club sandwiches ever, chicken was moist, bacon crispy and veggies were fresh. If this is a sample of the food offerings, I have no doubt that everything else will be delicious!
Why would you eat in any hotel bar? You go here for the drinks and atmosphere. Whiskey, martinis, beer, and wine are all top shelf. Service is unobtrusive and friendly. Great spot for a pre-dinner cocktail. It is perfect for what it should be.
The food at this restaurant is fantastic and the staff are wonderful. I highly recommend trying the desserts, especially the blackberry and lemon meringue which is a burst of delicious flavors. The bread and butter pudding is also exceptional. I will definitely return to this restaurant.
My three friends and I had a fantastic meal at this restaurant last night. Two of us tried the Turkey and Ham dish, which was a delicious twist on a classic Christmas meal. My friend enjoyed the seafood curry, which looked very appetizing. I had a glass of Rioja which was perfect. The service was outstanding as always, and it was great to see many locals enjoying themselves at this hidden gem in the town center. I immediately made a reservation for next weekend and can't wait to come back for lunch!
The cocktails are extremely expensive. The level of attention to detail is not on par with what I would expect from a 5-star establishment. Shouldn't there be at least a complimentary bowl of nuts at those prices?
