My husband and I were recently on holiday in Ireland and stayed at Hannigans for dinner. We had the frying pig with gravy, potatoes and vegetables. It was so delicious that we came back for lunch the next day! The food was amazing and the bread was so delicious that I bought four breads to return to the USA with me.
