This hotel is a strange one to rate. I loved the staff and the location and the decore, I would like to give top points. However the TV was really bad reception and the windows let in cold air, not that I cared View all feedback.

this was our second stay in the arbutus and we will definitely return for another trip to killarney. the entire staff is welcoming and helpful. the rooms are a little dated, but absolutely immaculate with very comfortable beds. ideal location next to a parking space and close to shops and restaurants. lunch in buckley’s a day and enjoyed suppe and sandwiches. saw in the bar for drinks at both nights of our stay and h... It's a pub style place, with pub style food which is okay. Staff are excellent.
