Large parking area and usef by truckers and other vehicles. Easy access to the motel parking. Handicap parkingout front. Upon entering main doors, there is a restaurant to the left (Smitty's i think AND not open because of Covid). To the right a small store to grab lottery tickets, pop, chips, coffee etc. The center isle has a desk for the motel. Also follow the hallway to the bathroom area. One for women and one for... What User doesn't like about Smittys Killam Krossing:
We stopped and ate. Ordered breakfast. Both orders were wrong. Then there was a hair on my toast. Was taken away and came back with the right toast. Thank you for goodness, but my shredded ash-browns were somehow destroyed. Not sure what was done, but maybe microwave beyond the rescue. Shame, we generally like smitty, but will not return. This is a Smittys restaurant, and there meals are really good, this is one of the better Smittys restaurants
I would give 4 stars but on our third night the hot water went out (to be fixed in the morning).I went the front desk to inquire, Lenora went above and beyond to get us a hot shower. If the rest of the staff here are half as awesome we will definitely be back!Thanks Lenora you are the best
Yes they will take debit-visas...but you have to really be nice.DON'T EVER ask for tea from the front desk......you know....the most popular drink in the WORLD! (you'll have to get coffee only)If I could lend 2 pieces of advice....the hosts here need hospitality training and be wary of the Dennys attached...even the locals warned us about the subpar fair.
Clean and affordable, not fancy, but definitely the best in the area.
