He’s hard to impress but he is sold!! Good vibe and beyond amazing food and service. It was great seeing the owner be so hands on. Don’t ever go away.

This was simply outstanding. I challenge any chef in the DMV to cook a halibut as sweet and succulent as what I was served. The starters and cocktails were also first rate. Would recommend and definitely intend to go again.

However, every server here consistently checked on us and ensured that all our additional requests were met, which I greatly appreciated! The bar staff in the front area were fantastic and very accommodating. They kept us informed about the status of our order and made sure our drinks were refilled, making us feel truly welcome. The front bar area, with its charming and well-preserved diner car atmosphere, enhanced our experience. Overall, I was very pleased with our visit.

We simply had to finish our meal with a slice of what is undoubtedly the best Key Lime Pie on the planet. Even though there was a line when we arrived at 4:45 on a Friday, we didn’t wait long, and it was definitely worth it. This is one of the must-visit restaurants whenever I’m in the Outer Banks!
