When in Ireland, you must not miss Irish coffee and this place offered the best Irish coffee I have ever had. If you are in Kilkenny, this is a must visit place. This place is open till 6:00pm and it’s located upstairs of the design center opposite to the main entrance of Kilkenny Castle. The staff, the atmosphere and the food is just worth every penny you pay. Subtle ambience with amazing food and drinks. Highly rec... View all feedback.
What Tom S doesn't like about The Foodhall At Kilkenny Design Centre:
The prices are over the line ! 5.50 for a crumble pie. thats too expensive. The coffee was awful and costed 3.55. The staff is nice but otherwise its just a self service. At the end a slice of crumble pie, 2 cookie, one espresso and one croissant costed 17.70 ! THATS NOT FAIR View all feedback.

Fresh food, lovely attentive staff, coffee is delicious well worth a visit.
The food is a buffet style but has some real good bargains compared to a full sit down restaurant. The Soup and Sandwich was big enough for 2 people to share for 11.99 euro. The people were nice but it is self service. Overall one of the better establishments we went to in Ireland.
Comfortable self-serve restaurant/cafe offering a variety of breakfast and lunch options.
Just had coffee with friends. Coffee not very good. Place very noisy.
