Supermac's - Kilkenny

My food wasn't placed, I was waiting for my pizza for an hour, I went asking what was wrong with my order and they told me that it will be ready in a few minutes, a few minutes after that they realized they didnt order it. The pizza was in the wrong box and it wasnt the one that I ordered, I ordered a pepperoni pizza and it had 3 pepperoni pieces. I went there asking after one hour of waiting and they had it there and didnt give it to me. Bad experience, I dont recommend it, I dont give it 0 stars because I cant.

Absolutely awful, not going back again. Food was cold. It was as if the food was left out for awhile or reheated. Pizza was cold. Regular Chips felt as if they were put in a microwave to reheat and weren’t even hot. Only good thing was the garlic cheese chips. Delivery time is far too long. Cokes were flat. Pizza looked and tasted as if it had been sat out in a deli all day. Worst takeaway I’ve ever gotten. If I could rate it any less than a one star I would. The only good thing about this place was the polite delivery driver and he has nothing to do with the restaurant

I had a burger, to much sauce for me. However the burger was very good and the chips were excellent. No napkins so I did get messy hands (staff training maybe) The wife had Chicken strips they were superb, would give the colonel a whooping in any taste test.

The delivery took an hour and a half to arrive, I had to ring the shop. pizza was so cold when it come. I will not be getting a delivery from here again.

Spent 1-2 hours waiting for a delivery, only to be told (after all that time, when I called TWICE) that we missed the delivery cut off by 4 minutes. No one told us and we were sitting waiting for food that never arrived. The child on the phone should be sacked on the spot, most unapologetic and snarky tone. Doesn't belong any where near a telephone. I will be taking this complaint further. Thanks for nothing supermacs
