Scrumdiddly's - Kilkenny

I absolutely love the Scrummy Tub! They have a fantastic variety of sweets. However, I find it a bit frustrating that the entrance accessible for wheelchair users is blocked off.

What a delightful ice cream shop! My friends and I had been searching for ice cream around Kilkenny Castle for quite some time when we finally asked some local girls for directions to this parlor. We were not disappointed! There were so many options for combining flavors and colors. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the portion sizes were generous—thank you for that! Overall, it was an excellent value for money.

The name of the place is definitely the highlight. The ice cream was just average overall. I liked the honeycomb flavor, but the strawberry was rather lackluster. It wasn't bad and was fairly good, but I wouldn't feel the need to go back anytime soon.

I was visiting from the United States and walked in just three minutes before closing, but they asked us to leave because they were closing. This was really disappointing. As someone who runs a business, I never turn away customers before locking the door. It felt like poor customer service, especially since the door was still open and they technically weren’t closed yet.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! I really enjoyed the decor and the overall atmosphere. The prices are quite reasonable considering the quality of the food. The only small drawback is that they occasionally run out of toppings, but they compensate for that by adding even more delicious toppings instead! Initially, I was thinking of giving it a 4-star rating, but honestly, that level of service deserves a perfect score!
