Nice place to stay, very central in the city. Great food, nice cocktails. Staff we are so friendly and welcoming, good value for money. We had breakfast included in the price served by half 8 til 11 which is nice when you sleep in and is served down in the bar. Room was very clean and spacious, we had two single beds and a double bed. Recommend this place View all feedback.

Pros: Right in downtown Kilkenny so great to walk and access anywhere in city! Included in the price is a full hot breakfast. The staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. Cons: The bathroom had some issues- the sink did not turn on, the water in shower was cold, toilet was broken. While the room was clean and tidy, the sheets and comforters were dirty. Delicious food especially hot stone steak and full Irish breakfast. Beautiful atmosphere and service. A big plus for the terrace. Great music! Enjoy your stay here!

I spent two nights in Rafters as part of a stag weekend and everyone had a great experience. From accommodation, food, drinks and a great central location, Rafters was the perfect spot for our group. Many thanks to Gerry and his team for their courtesy and service throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend.

Rafters was a brilliant experience from start to finish! Came here on a hen party with 24 ladies just before Christmas and the food and drink was fab!! excellent service. Gerry went above and beyond with a lovely touch giving complimentary desserts to girls who were celebrating birthdays on the same weekend!! Definitely be back! Thanks a million!

Rafters is a great place to stay! Super clean very centrally located. We had a wonderful time with the owner he was extremely helpful on tips and tricks for the area! Totally recommend!
