Oriental Wok - Kilkenny

Restaurant is a joke! Rang for a delivery 1 hour 15 minutes later still no delivery so I rang and they said it was on the way after another 20 mins the little one seen something at the front door it was the food no one called no knock at the door nothing the food was Freezing!! I’ve being trying to ring back the restaurant for the last hour and the phone is off the hook, I’ve had to microwave the food to heat it back up so we could eat it because they wouldn’t answer the phone. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN.

I was a regular customer for few years but swear not to order here ever again. Delivery time over two hours. I phoned after two hours of waiting and they couldnt even find my order. No apology given... When it finally arrived it was completely cold. Chisp soft and greasy. Beef undercooked, super hard, unbeatable! Hudge dissapointment, you just lost a customer!

I don't enjoy writing negative reviews, but the food we received at this restaurant was not good at all. The chilli chicken was very tough, the rice was not fresh, and the beef dish was terrible. Even the prawn crackers ended up in the trash. We will not be returning.

I have been enjoying spice bags from this restaurant for several years. They have always been excellent. The one I had last night was the best thing I have ever tasted, even crispier and greasier than before. Keep up the good work!
