Me and my son sat and ate at a table and it was OK. I learned alot about employees home life they weren't descretly speaking. I have had to go and it was ok not much to brag about. Better than bbw? Yes. The best? No.Parking: There are about 20 parking places for AT&T, dollar tree and wing stop. So parking is fine.Kid-friendliness: My 8 year old was ok there. It's small enough for him yo get refills and still be in my line of vision. In store seating was just us so he went the MENs rest room alone which he was super excited about) and i felt safe with him doing that.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking and a wheelchair accessible door was available.

Ordered the Buffalo ranch loaded fries w/ the Buffalo and ranch on the side instead of on top.. i checked the sauces to find the containers only a quarter fille... read more Ordered the Buffalo ranch loaded fries w/ the Buffalo and ranch on the side instead of on top.. i checked the sauces to find the containers only a quarter filled (see pics) ..i asked if i can get the container filled atleast 3 quarters, every other wing stop i been to i never even had to ask to have more sauce in the container as this is the first time i didn't receive a normal amount ..i told the Cashier if i were to pour these sauces over my fries it would be no where near loaded.... the cashier brought out the Asian girl who was bringing out the orders and told her my issue.. the immature and unprofessional 20 year old Asian girl never addressed or made eye contact with me, looked at the Cashier and said I'm not giving him anymore sauce as if i wasnt right in front of her and walked away.. fortunately for her I'm not belligerent like others i see and know because i would've slapped the hell out that b*tch.. but i said nothing and watched for a min thinking how i was going to address this .. the Cashier said they would have to charge extra because they only drizzle the sauce on top..(but it's not called Buffalo ranch drizzle fries i explained), i then see containers filled with sauce (see pics) i then asked for a manager and was told there is no manager, then told two different names, then told there was a chief lead who eventually brought me only more Buffalo but not ranch but still even he went to the back to ask someone else as if a manager was backed there and didn't want to come out.. this location lacks leadership, accountability, and initiative amongst probably other things.. none of the 5 to 6 workers there had the brains enough to just see the justification in the issue and just grab some sauce and say here there you go in order to diffuse or resolve the problem.. definitely not a good wingstop location.. never will return or recommend anyone else her.. would rather drive further to Longview... and fyi i seldom even trip or write bad reviews i just don't return to those locations due to poor service but that b'tch pissed me off then the lack of leadership topped it off.. the extra charge wasn't even an issue either, 2 dollars won't make or break me, it was the disrespect..
