Service was... read more I loved my dish, vegetable koorma plate. It was vegetarian, curry like, with a chickpea salad on the side and yogurt dressing in a little container. Service was very friendly and quite fast. The couple in that food truck seem to love their job and their food. Next time I go to Kihei, I'll get a mango lassie from them.

While I was out running erra... read more We were lucky to discover this restaurant during our recent trip to Maui. The food was incredibly authentic and packed with flavor. While I was out running errands, I picked up a few lunch items for the kids, and they loved the dosa so much that they asked for more at dinner. My mother-in-law also sampled some of the kids' food and requested a serving for herself. We were very satisfied with the meal, and the service was outstanding. We’ll definitely come back on our future visits to Maui.

The food quality is consistently excellent, and every bite is delicious! We absolutely love this food truck. I can't praise the vegetable korma and masala dosas enough. The naan bread is incredibly fresh and flavorful—truly the best I've ever had! The menu may be a bit limited, but that just means they’ve perfected the dishes they serve. I adore Satran, and I know you will too!

While the spice level wasn’t as high as I’m accustomed to, I understand that they need to accommodate a variety of tastes since they're in a tourist area. Nevertheless, it still had the classic dosa flavor and coconut chutney that I adore. One masala dosa might not be sufficient for an average person, but having two was just right for me. The total came to about $16, which I think is quite reasonable for this area and what you would typically pay at most restaurants.
