What PennyP dislikes about Coconuts Fish Cafe:
I ordered the ono cooked with butter and lemon. It was dry, coleslaw was ok. For the Keiki menu the macaroni and cheese is Kraft. Disappointed based on all the positive reviews View all feedback.
The 4 of us all ordered the cocosnuss garnel, it was delicious! we all loved what a rare event is under my family! I would have really hoped we could make another trip before we had to leave the island.
We wanted a relatively quick but not walk-up dinner for our first night in Maui and we got our wish! The Ono and Mahi Mahi with brown rice was SO good! We had great service and were very happy with our food.
I'd heard about the fish tacos but we went for the fried coconut shrimp and they were delicious. We highly recommend this place.
The fish tacos and the the seafood pasta are our go tos but everything we've had has been excellent and the prices are reasonable.
The best fish tacos on maui. 5 stars.
