Starters are for example: Spicy grilled Maize, hummus with beef/marinated mushrooms, guacamole with banana chips, roasted potatoes with avocado mousse or the really delicious creamy pumpkin soup. The combination of one or two starters made a filling meal for me. But if you crave even more than that you may go for the amazing fresh grain bowl to be combined with several meat options or sesame tofu or grilled veggies. Super yummy and deliciously enough,because as for the glutenfree option you can add sorghum instead of couscous. On top of that at Indabo you can enjoy loads of fresh juices /smoothies/coffee varieties and the exceptionally beautiful and calm outside garden sitting space which is also top with your children to play in the little treehouse. Big recommendation!
