Bistro Urban hotel is ALWAYS GREAT! Menu, service, venue! On Tuesday its even BETTER! When finished they bring you your bill AND 1 dice! The personal is really polite. the food was very delicious. great restaurant in kiyovu kigali. the prices are quite reasonable and food well prepared. I can't finish this.
