Among its charms, one presence shines brightest — Mr. Ram Prabesh Sah, the bartender. His craft of cocktails is not merely mixing spirits; it is an art form. Each glass he serves carries elegance, balance, and a touch of soul. Beyond the drinks, his manner of speaking and warm hospitality impressed me in a style so rare, it gave the restaurant its own unique aura. I speak with honesty — the bartender was the remarkable soul of the evening. I will surely return, not only for the cuisine but to once again receive a cocktail from his hand. May Sadhu and Mr. Sah continue to grow, flourish, and inspire.
