We ordered from them via Lieferando for the second time today and won 't do it again. The app says it 'll take 45-65 minutes. We called after 90 minutes and asked if the food was still coming. No apology, no guilt, just a message saying the driver was on the way (yes, the app had already said that, almost there for 30 minutes . When we asked if these delivery times were normal for them, they cited the time and day as arguments (so they know that Sundays are busier at 5:00 PM and just wait it out
