When I called to resolve the issue, the call was abruptly ended. The staff was unhelpful and rude, and I observed the owner/chef arguing with the server who took our order. I was informed that they were too busy to bring out the missing items, which eventually arrived half an hour later—by that time, our meal was already cold. The food was disappointing, and since the prawns we ordered didn’t arrive, we ended up having to microwave everything anyway. I usually enjoy ordering from here weekly, but now I will definitely be seeking alternatives. The only positive note was the delivery driver.
